Welcome to the Double R Bar Regulators' blogspot on the Wild, Wild, Wild, Web. Think of this as an electronic version of the corral fence; where modern cowboys and cowgirls can gather to get the news, chew the fat, and shoot the breeze; without, of course, the cowpies. Well, without most cowpies.
The RR Bar is the other premier Southern California Single Action Shooting Society (SASS) club, located in Lucerne Valley, California. This "Little Club With a Big Heart" exists to promote Cowboy Action Shooting (CAS) competitions, where the cowfolk take Western-style firearms: single action revolvers, lever action rifles, and shotguns; against steel targets in a timed competition. We do it all for a cause: we support the Happy Trails Children's Foundation, Roy Rogers' personal charity.
